The use of vegetables and fruits are awesome diet food to lose weight,..
its has great strong effect on tour fatness,...

Hello Guys, I think fresh fruits and vegetables are good for the weight loss and Cardio exercises are also good for losing weight.

Well no doubt that fruits and vegetables both are healthy diet food. i really like these food and i always prefer these food for my diet. Fruits and vegetables are simple and natural food which is good for healthy and fitness. Vegetables are low calories food and fruits are great source of vitamins which is good for fitness and diet.

Well in my opinion fruits and vegetables are best diet food and good for health. I also eat these food in my diet.

I am agree with you that fruits and vegetables best for dieting but still you need to add some protein foods in your diet plan to stay healthier and proteins foods will give you more energy . Thanks

Vegetables and fruits helps in controlling weight and stabilize blood pressure.
They reduce the risk of heart problems, stroke and certain types of cancer.

Green vegetables are the best food. I always prefer to eat green vegetables in my diet. Green vegetables are helpful to increase the red cell in the blood.
