Default Dried fruit, and fresh fruit.

Well dried fruits, do not contain as many vitamin and mineral as fresh fruits due to the moisture loss. Sugar is often added to dried fruits, for flavour. However if eaten in moderation dried fruits, can be a good tasty snack. Just remember that the fresher fruits are the best. Keep in mind that organic, fresh fruits are the good because they don't contain pesticides on them.
