I am chronically ill, and in a massive amount of pain, I am stuck at home and my mother just called me an arrogant bitch and told me that she hates me. I have nowhere else to go, but the longer i stay here the more i want to hurt myself. I just want to get through this day.

hi friend i am also a chronic patient . i really want u to study urself little . and dont loss ur courage . we can make things right . You should try SAD diet that will work for u and then u will started improvement in ur symptoms . i also want u to study a Book ( breaking the vicious cycle of intestinal diseases ) must check it . Best of luck
