Tools to help with Anxiety
I've found great relief from Social Anxiety with Emotiona Freedom Technique and The Balance Procedure.
I'm also working with a hypnotherapist and I've been feeling much more relaxed and confident. What other tools do you use to manage anxiety? |

My tools for anxiety... meds, weekly therapy and a service dog. I am glad the hypnothery is working for you. I shy away from it because it means, to me, that I have given up control. Without control, I cannot stay safe.

Hay to all
Regarding the topic that tools to help with anxiety ,not take and giving any type of anxiety is the major principal to relax their mind in such a way that no hurdles will create in the whole life.Another tool is hypnotherapy which the most giving positive results.
