Default Exercise, Tips.

Well i am really trying to set goals, for myself and those are being high raw (70-80%) and gaining body muscle in the process. At the moment, i am trying to figure out what type of exercise, i should be doing how frequently and what type of foods I should eat specifically for my goals.So any expert person please share here.
