Health benefits of exercises
Hi All,
We must exercise regularly as regular exercise not only keeps us active and healthy but also prevent from major health disease like depression, cardiovascular disease, cancer and diabetes. Regular exercise increases energy and endurance and slows the aging process. Regular exercise builds and maintains healthy muscles, bones & joints.
