Smile Why do we need vitamins ???

Vitamins are substances that your body needs to grow and develop normally. There are 13 vitamins your body needs. They are vitamins A, C, D, E, K and the B vitamins (thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, pantothenic acid, biotin, vitamin B-6, vitamin B-12 and folate). You can usually get all your vitamins from the foods you eat. Your body can also make vitamins D and K. People who eat a vegetarian diet may need to take a vitamin B12 supplement.

Each vitamin has specific jobs. If you have low levels of certain vitamins, you may develop a deficiency disease. For example, if you don't get enough vitamin D, you could develop rickets. Some vitamins may help prevent medical problems. Vitamin A prevents night blindness.

The best way to get enough vitamins is to eat a balanced diet with a variety of foods and also you can get vitamins as tablets through online pharmacy without prescriptions.

Your right. I think the best way to get enough vitamins is to eat a balanced diet with a variety of foods. We can always choose the right vitamins as tablets through online pharmacy without prescriptions. Vitamins are vital for the proper functioning of the body.

Each vitamin has its specific role and there are many vitamins and it is the need of the body that we need to eat and vitamin plays role in the growth of body.

Some benefits of vitamins are:
Vitamins are vital for human health and we must take essential vitamins to maintain our health.
Vitamin A is good for eyes, infections, skin and eyes disorder,
Vitamin B1 is good to cure heart disease, boost metabolism and brain development,
Vitamin B2 is great for body metabolism, immunity and nervous system,
Vitamin C prevents from common cold, flu, infection, cancer and high blood pressure.

It is an informative and interesting post and i really like it. No doubt that vitamins are the need of our body and are important for health and body.

We need vitamins because we just can't get enough vitamins with our regular diet . SO it's the best way to take multi-vitamins pills to stay healthier ..
