Default Ever tried Walking for 30 minutes Each and Every Morning to relieve Stress?

I was told this one a while ago and it has stuck with me for my whole life.

When you are stressed or tired or feeling not the best, one of the most effective ways to boost your mental health is to take a brisk walk immediately on waking.

As a guide, just start walking right from your front door - no need to drive anywhere.

Then, just start walking at a gentle pace and you will feel some emotional issues just come to the front of your mind. Whilst you have the steady step by step you will find it remarkable to deal with each issue.

After you have walked for fifteen minutes, stop, do some stretches, and turn around and walk back home.

There you go, 30 minutes walking simple isn't it?
