Arrow When all seems lost

After 7 yrs,4 babies,he leaves, our marriage didn't matter. He lied to me for a yr about maybe getting together,he moved her in,while we struggle. I've been told by friends my relationship was emotionally abusive/unhealthy. I feel alone,do so alone. How do I go forward when all seems lost

I completely understand where you are, I'm there. I wish I had the magic bullet to fix both of our reactions to emotional loss, but I don't. It's odd, this feeling of loss, I've experienced loss of loved one through death and seem to be able to grasp that much easier than dealing with the loss of a loved one who is still here. My relationship too was deemed emotionally abusive by my close friends. I know that the things that were said and done were not healthy for me, but I loved him anyway. I took it upon myself to walf away and even though I know I did the right thing my heart aches every minute of everyday. I wish I could be more help to you. I can sympathize but I pretty sure it's just going to take time.... way too much time.
