Just found this site

What a wonderful site...I have just got on here and am so excited to check everything out. I suffer from a few things that are listed on here...addictions, anxiety, depression, just to name a few. It has always been very hard for me to deal with and the medications I have been put on cause a lot of irritability or clash with other meds, or just don't work at all. I have a hard time explaining to other people what my symptoms are and my mind gets all mixed up. I stumble over my words and just get annoyed and so therefore end up not giving all the facts. Hopefully now I will be able to learn how to communicate my thoughts clearly and effectively with help from ya'll.
I am very excited about all my journeys in life and this one I am so grateful to have stumbled upon!!!

Welcome to Transformations. There are a great many of caring folks around here.

Sometimes when I have to go to the dr. I really get tongue tied because I get nervous. What works best for me is to write out my concerns and give it to him. That way he can ask for clarification and I am able to answer his questions.
