Hi All,
Running helps in losing and maintaining body weight and strengthen immune system. Running reduces cholesterol, lowers high blood pressure and prevent from depression, stress and cardiovascular disease. Running promotes muscular development,improves blood circulation system and increases self confidence.

Hi all
Running or jogging is the most natural way to increase body oxygen levels and this is the main benefit of any physical exercise. The increased level of oxygen can be easily measured using the body oxygen test. Better results means better health and prevent or fight chronic diseases (heart disease, cancer, diabetes, asthma, bronchitis and many others).
