Swimming health benefits
Hi All,
Swimming is great cardio exercise to lose weight by burning fat and regulating digestive system. Swimming improves muscle strength and makes our heart and lungs strong. Swimming makes our arms, back and shoulders strong and prevent from anxiety, obesity, joint and heart problems. Swimming reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease, certain types of cancer and diabetes.

There are many type of exercise you should the get result of body fitness and lose weight like swimming,rope jumping,running,ride cycle,body building, but my suggestion is that swimming is good for body fitness and muscles.Daily 1 hour running is good for health and much better for lose weight.
