My Diet plan
These are good diet tips shared and i would like to add my diet routine here and my diet plan is as follows.
1. Bread with 3 eggs and glass of milk 2. Chicken pasta in lunch 3. Tea at 4:00 pm and sometimes i drink protein shake in place of tea 4. I eat boiled vegetables and sometimes i eat rice with salad. |

Hi Graham,
This is what I take in my daily diet plans 1 small salad bowl, 1 chicken breast and 1 cup of steamed brown rice. Turkey sandwich with whole brown bread. 8 ounces of top round steak, 2 boiled red potatoes, 1 cup of low fat cottage cheese. Egg white omelet with 2 pieces of whole wheat toast 1 small salad bowl, 8 ounces of fish and 2 cups of whole wheat pasta.

Thanks Graham for sharing such a nice diet plan. I also eat eggs bread with a fresh fruit juice. I eat chicken meal in launch and drink protein shake in the evening. I eat boiled rice with salad in my dinner.

Hi All,
This is what I take in my daily diet, feel free to comment on it. 2 scoops of whey with half cup oats and orange juice, 1 can of tuna fish with low carb wrap, 6 oz chicken breast with 1 cup of brown rice, 2 scoops of whey with 1 cup of oats, 8 ounces of boiled fish with green beans.

My daily diet plan :
Fresh juices,egg and butter in morning. SALAD in launch with juices. A full time food or some times fried rice in dinner. It makes me fit and energetic because its combination of balanced protein and vitamins. |

I'm a vegan, so I obviously don't eat meat. I try to stay with whole foods but since I've been struggling with depression I've relied more on the processed faux meat products, but still make sure I get veggies and fruit and some whole grains... not a big bread person though. I keep wanting to try to make cajun chickpea patties from a recipe book I have... I just might do that today!
