Default quitting caffiene

i recently quit caffiene to help with my panic and anxiety. i find that it helps a little but it makes it harder for me to get motivated. but maybe that will go away after a while. id like to not be reliant on caffiene to get me through the day. id like to have natural energy.

i heard that veggies and fruits, and just an overall healthy lifestyle gives you more energy.

Default caffiene

caffeine is actually a very heavy stimulant it also reeks havoc on ones blood sugar causing the adrenal glands and the pancreas to over work.

Energy can come from foods and it also can come from vitamins like the B variety or even B12 INJECTIONS can clear the mind give extra energy and help with the brain, nervous system, blood, metabolism,DNA synthesis and regeneration. Its a great suppliment...

With good nutrition and supplimentation anxiety disorders can clear up if not completely go away. This is why so many Americans are obese and have health disorders is because they eat so very little vegetables and fruit and eat more refined sugars and packaged foods and sugary drinks...
I am glad you are trying to give up caffeine and remember the body is 90 percent water so drink water all day and your anxiety should also lessen...

of course it depends on the person (and if you ask a Doctor remember he wants you to stay sick thats how he makes his money, unless he is a good doctor)

Good luck and Great Health

Although, caffeine helps you more active when you are tired, it is at its core a drug. The more you have it, the more you will want it to get relieved.

I can relate KityKity123! I gave up my diet soda for lent and realized how it helped give me energy--especially in the morning. I haven't had caffeine in 2 1/2 weeks--wow it seems so much longer! I guess I'm still adjusting too. Hopefully we can hang in there!!!
