There are wide ranges of osteoarthritis exercises which help in easing your pain from which you are suffering. But you don't opt for exercise of your own. First consult your doctor and then get into a gym and start working on your strength. There are some natural remedies which are very popular and also have reports of working well. For the purpose of joint pain,cheap foamposites, Epsom Salt a magnesium sulphate is often used. You can use it while bathing. It has an anti-inflammatory effect and is absorbed very well through the skin.
