Hi All,
Green tea is great to reduce weight and maintain health. Some benefits of green tea are: It helps us in losing weight, It reduces the risk of cancer, It reduces cholesterol level, It protects us from cardiovascular disease, It improves our immune system, It reduces tooth decay, It is used to treat rheumatoid arthritis.

I am a great lover of green tea. Green tea is good for many reasons.
1. It is good for fat burning. 2. It fights with cancer and many other diseases. 3. It is also good for skin. 4. It controls blood pressure.

In the past people drink green tea to make the body warm but now the use of the green tea is different now people drink green tea to burn the extra fat of the body.

All are the real benefits of this and i do agree with this.But in my opinion the best benefit is the proper digestive system.So let me tell you one thing if you are suffering from bad digestive system then start using this and feel the difference.
