Diet, help.
Well i have always wanted to compete, in a natural muscle building competition.I know i am not good enough yet however need more help getting started with diet.How many calories should, i consume and what should the fat/protein breakdown be? I am currently 160 at 5'9. 2100 calories? what other info do you need?

I know i am not excellent enough yet however need more help getting began with eating plan.How many calorie consumption should, i eat and what should the fat/protein malfunction be???
