Default its my first day

hi im rich and have had a lot of success with body for life but miss the bill phillips side of things . just ordered the book transformations and am very excited to find this site.
i lost 50 lbs with bfl. i never felt better in my life . in less than a year i was running in 5ks in shape looked good and never felt as good about myself and what i had acomplished for myself i was very proud to see myself and what i had become.
sometimes life comes crashing down around you and you lose sight of everything thats important to you. this happened to me with a divorce after 20 years of marriage. i turned to drinking not eating right and no exercise and im no longer proud of what i have become in life.
im 55 years and have 2 boys in school that live at home with me and its time to get my head back on straight and get back with it. i am in my third week of a bfl challange and doing well.
im excited to read the book and see what bill has to teach me this time and with a little help from my friends i know ill get back to where i want to be and that is that feeling of being proud of who i am and where im at with my life the feeling of being a winner again take care rich

Default hello to u

hi my name is not buddy lee i just pick that one because it is my puppy and my middle name. my name is tracey and i am reading the same book and i am in the chapter 5 and i am doing dusty diet plan where u only have 40gram of carbs a day and today was the first day. it is hard and i am having alot of craving for junk food and pop but i am going to get it out of the house so it will make it easier for me. i am trying to loss 200lb because my left leg needs a total knee replacement. i fell in my house on nov4 of 2008 and since than i have been in a wheel chair and using a walker until i loss that weight and get the surgery. my plans are once my leg is all fix i am also going to do a 5k with my best friend and main supporter on my road of recovery. i am 41 and i will be 42 on sept 15 and i cannot believe it has been 1 years i lost my father and that is very hard on me because i had some major problems with him. well i am happy that there is someone out there that is in the same boat.
