This is what I take in my daily diet plans
1 small salad bowl, 1 chicken breast and 1 cup of steamed brown rice.
Turkey sandwich with whole brown bread.
8 ounces of top round steak, 2 boiled red potatoes, 1 cup of low fat cottage cheese.
Egg white omelet with 2 pieces of whole wheat toast
1 small salad bowl, 8 ounces of fish and 2 cups of whole wheat pasta.
