Well no doubt that fruits and vegetables both are healthy diet food. i really like these food and i always prefer these food for my diet. Fruits and vegetables are simple and natural food which is good for healthy and fitness. Vegetables are low calories food and fruits are great source of vitamins which is good for fitness and diet.
