Besides great in taste dark chocolate is good for health also so we must eat dark chocolate daily. Dark chocolate lowers high blood pressure, cholesterol and good for the heart and for blood circulation. Dark chocolate is rich in minerals and great antioxidants so helps in losing weight and regulating digestive system. |
Also, dark chocolate helps me feel better (emotionally) when I have had a hard day. I like to mix pure cocoa powder with protein powder in a drink for a blast of "feelin' better!"
