What has helped?
What has helped you with your depression? I'm on meds and in therapy, but not working much... I know the more I work in therapy it will help.... I try different things, but seems things dont' bring me joy...????

When I work out I always feel better. I'm also a dancer and working on dancing is a workout and it is very social. I have to plaster a smile on my face and ask a lady to dance. When I dance I can't think of anything else.
